Richard B. Cheney a notable public servant and entrepreneur is the vice president of the United States. Cheney has accepted the Republican Vice-Presidential nomination in 2007, stated that he was looking forward to serving under a president that can work across political lines and work with political rivals by fostering goodwill and working towards a common purpose. Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. Cheney moved into Casper, Wyoming with his family when he was 13. He was raised by his father who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and directed the soil conservation district in Casper.
