Molly Tarlov, an American actress who has been starring in Awkward since 2011 She is most well-known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was the first of two daughters who was born and raised by her grandparents in Manhattan. She began her career when she was 10 years old as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was well-loved by a group of seventh graders. Later in her career, she studied at NYU Tisch located in Paris and at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She was a student of a range of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company was another place she studied. Molly also integrated writing into her performance at the LAByrinth Theatre master class. Molly sold her winter jacket and purchased a pair of glasses in black on her way for Los Angeles. After a brief period, she landed a small part on iCarly which attracted lots of interest from her family. Molly has been on a variety of TV shows and has created Caitlin in the role of Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly likes to make up stories that she's good at basketball even when it's not true. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
